Terms & Conditions – bai999 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the bai999 website accessible at bai999.ws, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and associated mobile interfaces.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on bai999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

bai999 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. Verification may be required at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds, or at any other time bai999 considers appropriate.

Accepted verification documents include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Age: Any of the above identity documents confirming your date of birth.

All financial transactions on bai999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits are published in the Cashier section of your Account.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made via payment methods registered in your own name. bai999 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.

Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of voided bonuses and applicable deductions for policy breaches) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to bai999's compliance obligations.
